Craftsmen Industries custom manufactures unique specialty trailers and vehicles and large format printed elements for experiential marketing and industrial solutions for brands across the industry spectrum including Boeing, PepsiCo, and Anheuser-Busch. Our Craftsmen team includes one subsidiary, Schantz Manufacturing. Schantz focuses on custom manufacturing of concession trailers for the fair and festival industry.

Position Title: Digital Printer

Location: St. Charles, MO

Position Summary: Prepare digital and computer cut graphics for installation and/or shipping meeting established completion timelines.

Primary Responsibilities:

Coordinate production schedule with internal and external departments to meet established completion dates.

Prepare and distribute reports as well as communicate special job requirements in accordance with company process and established timelines.

Perform proper maintenance on presses to ensure that they remain operational.

Inspect for print defects ensuring an error free product.

Weed computer cut graphics, tape graphics and trim printed panels to size as necessary.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Required Skills:

High School diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years' experience in graphics.

Ability to follow both written and oral instructions.

Communicate well with others.

Ability to pay close attention to detail.

Ability to read measuring devices.

Preferred

Associates or bachelor's degree in graphics or related field.

Knowledgeable of printing and printers.

Familiar with color theory management.

Physical Requirements:

Physical ability to stand up to 8+ hours per day.

Ability to stand, lift 75 pounds and bend.

Ability to bend, grip and move fingers/hands.
