Craftsmen Industries custom manufactures unique specialty trailers and vehicles and large format printed elements for experiential marketing and industrial solutions for brands across the industry spectrum including Boeing, PepsiCo, and Anheuser-Busch. We pride ourselves on creating our products fully in-house from initial design and engineering to fabrication and the finishing touches of graphics and paint.

Our Craftsmen team includes one subsidiary, Schantz Manufacturing. Schantz focuses on custom manufacturing of concession trailers for the fair and festival industry.

Position Title: General Laborer

Location: St. Charles, MO

Position Summary: Prepare printed and computer cut graphics for installation and/or shipping.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the retrieving material and supplies per Manufacturing Order.
• Trim, weed, and tape graphics as required.
• Use laminating machine to laminate graphics with laminate or pre-mask, as required.
• Use I-cut machine to cut graphics to shape.
• Package items for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Complete additional assignments as directed by the departmental lead.

Required Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow both written and oral instructions.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail.
• Ability to read measuring devices.

Physical Requirements:

• Physical ability to stand up to 8+ hours per day.
• Ability to stand, lift 75 pounds and bend.
• Ability to bend, grip and move fingers/hands.
