Our Craftsmen team includes one subsidiary, Schantz Manufacturing. Schantz focuses on custom manufacturing of concession trailers for the fair and festival industry.

Position Title: Graphics Project Coordinator

Location: St. Charles, MO


Position Summary: The Graphics Project Coordinator's key role is to organize a sales project so that the project flows through production with all the required assets and information to ensure successful completion. Additionally, the Graphics Project Coordinator is the primary point of contact between the customer, production, and sales.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage a graphic project from order through delivery.
  • Professionally communicate and assist with customers on the Account Manager's behalf.
  • Maintain high level of productivity & punctuality to meet project deadlines.
  • Maintain graphics orders to reflect current estimates, delivery dates and purchase orders.
  • Convert job estimates into orders updating any production instructions.
  • Pre-flight files and communicate with customer if any supporting files are needed.
  • Communicate any potential or existing problems to Account Manager.
  • Schedule all installations (in house or on location).
  • Coordinate and obtain purchase orders for any installations/outsourced portions of the job.
  • Order materials needed to complete the job and communicate with purchasing on any upcoming jobs that might require their assistance.
  • Complete packing slips and coordinate specific instructions.
  • Responsible for tracking work orders and prepare for invoicing.
  • Fill in at the reception desk as needed.

Required Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years experience with graphics.
  • Must have the ability to solve simple graphics issues.
  • Basic knowledge of all MS Office products, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
  • Ability to remain organized and communicate with professionalism.

Preferred Education:

  • College Degree or Technical School equivalence with a concentration in graphics.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
  • Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
