As the designated Empowered Official, I will ensure regulatory adherence, mitigate risks, and build a robust compliance framework. The role is estimated at two (8-hour) days per week, with flexible remote and on-site support. Deliverables emphasize outcomes, including registrations, trainings, processes, and a phased compliance initiative.

  • Document exemptions/exceptions (e.g., ITAR ยง125.4(b), EAR TMP/RPL) with rationale and records.
Export Compliance Practices Manual: Customized guide for classification (USML/CCL), licensing, record-keeping, and reporting. Incident Investigation and Reporting: Analyze violations, perform root cause analysis, file disclosures, and implement corrective actions.

All deliverables align with Craftsmen's operations and follow a phased approach.

  • Unauthorized Exports or Transfers to Foreign person
  • Inadequate Employee Training
  • Failure to Obtain or Renew Export Licenses
