Position Title: Printer

Location: St. Charles, MO

Position Summary: Seeking an energetic and talented Printer that will rip digital files for print. Operate and monitor printers for print production.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Rip files to be printed.
• Print files to substrates per manufacturing order.
• Load and unload material into printers and material storage racks.
• Work with Prepress to correct print issues.
• Post material usage to manufacturing orders.
• Maintain printers and clean printers as needed.
• Basic trouble shooting and light printer repairs.
• Maintain color requirements and consistency.
• Test and log printer and laminating machine function.
• Maintain proper inventory levels.
• Maintain and assure print quality.
• Maintain clean work environment.
• Maintain safe work environment.
• Assignments as directed by the printer lead.

Required Skills:

• Education: High school / Tech school
• Knowledge of digital print process
• Rip software knowledge.
• Basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to follow both written and oral instructions.

Preferred Skills:

• Lifting up to 45lbs repetitively, standing, and sitting for extended periods of time.
