Position Title: Project Manager, 3-D Signage and Displays

Location: St. Charles, MO

Position Summary: As the Project Manager supporting 3-D signage and displays responsibilities will include all activities associated with projects after receipt of the purchase order. This includes but is not limited to all project communication internally and externally, project scope changes, project finances, and schedule management with Graphics, Engineering, and Production.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate client approvals and submissions to maintain project timelines.
• Source products and services to ensure timely execution of projects.
• Work with internal departments (Purchasing, Engineering, Estimating and Production) to move projects thru to completion.
• Schedule work and deadlines for Engineering and Production.
• Track all scope changes and notify Sales and Estimating of any changes in pricing.
• Track labor and material while actively managing cost to maintain budget.
• Notify leadership team when schedule or budget is in jeopardy and/or offer suggestions on the required corrections.
• Create templates and route production files in Adobe Illustrator.
• Accomplish all tasks listed above on multiple projects at once.

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of experience in 3-D signage production and/or installation for commercial use.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledgeable of materials and methods for graphics printing, fabrics, and signage production.
• Strong work ethic with a positive can-do and will-do attitude.
• Detail oriented with skills around product design specifications and drawings.
• Must possess highly effective interpersonal skills and the ability to interact amongst internal departments and with clients and/or suppliers.
• Ability to work and effectively communicate with colleagues of varied professional skills.
• Capability to be resourceful and resilient when working through and around project obstacles.
• Independent thinker and self-starter with strong planning and sequencing orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel and keep multiple projects advancing simultaneously.

Preferred

• Experience in architectural and environmental signage, displays and exhibits.
• Experience in production and certifications of UL listed displays and signage.
• Design and production of lit/unlit channel letters in both indoor and outdoor environments.
• Mechanical Aptitude.

Physical Requirements:

• Sit for long periods of time.
• Required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms.
• Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
